Our approach to learning is intentional and bespoke. Our discovery process helps us determine what is possible in an organisation, what appetite people have for improving their knowledge, skills and behaviour, and how we can provide an impactful experience.

This work is also valuable in uncovering what is blocking an organisation, and what is hindering people from performing at their best and achieving the organisational goals strategy and performance which is expected.

How does it work? We start by first listening to senior leaders and key stakeholders to identify the challenges and opportunities, and how these are being tackled. This discovery process adds significant value to an organisation by revealing insights into what is freeing or blocking people, free of organisational assumptions.

In terms of development, we focus on three levels of awareness:

1 - We begin working at the individual level by exploring values, beliefs and mindsets that drive behaviours

2 - We then move to the team dynamics

3 - Finally we move to the systemic and cultural context within which an organisation operates

These discovery findings are reported back, anonymously, to the client providing key data and insights about people and what they are currently experiencing.

This report is the foundation for our design process as we ‘co-create’ a development experience with organisational input coupled with our expertise in learning and learning design.
